Amazing 3 bed 1 bath full of built in shelving. Large backyard, fully fenced. Enormous windows overlooking the water. A/C and heat provided by mounted split unit, furnace, or wood-burning fireplace. Two car garage with direct house access.

Available are two of the bedrooms. You can take both or just take one. Price adjusted accordingly. Most spaces outside bedrooms are likely to be considered common space. We can work out the details of what goes where. Not super picky.

Looking to apply asap. Seeking co-applicant. Don’t have to have amazing history; just make enough to pay rent and be a respectful person.

Myself, my partner, our two dogs, and our three cats. Our pets are fuzzy and loving and wonderful. They probably will be nicer to you than they are to us. All ESA certified. Prefer someone without pets since we have so many! Willing to work with the right fur babies. I am a former chef turned broken-ankle-patient. My partner is an assistant manager at a FedEx office. We are somewhat social people but tend to keep to ourselves most times. Nothing too loud ever comes out of our family unless the dogs get excited! We tend to keep pretty steady hours due to the ferry commute times. Not big party people unless someone else is hosting lol. We prefer to keep our space clean and I do tidying work almost daily. Thinking of splurging for a robot vacuum! We grow a decent amount of berries, veggies, herbs, etc.. always something fresh to eat when the season comes around!
