Dustin's room

I have a nice single family house with awesome outdoor spaces. Front porch, back porch, and back patio. The back yard is set up for dogs and I would not mind having a dog around here, as long as it is already trained. Nice quiet neighborhood, but also close to everything the city has to offer. Just a few minutes from city island or downtown, and very centrally located in the Harrisburg area in general. The room that I’m offering was the master suite for the last owners. The entire second floor is just a bedroom and a bathroom, which would be your own domain. This is a well maintained, owner occupied, three bedroom/two bathroom house. I would be covering all bills with the exception of splitting the electric bill.

I’m a young 41 years old. I live a pretty active lifestyle, and I like to get out and meet new people. I am fairly new to the area. I’m very responsible and mostly have a reserved personality, although I like to have a good time as well. It would be great to have somebody in here that is professional, yet fun. My house is mostly pretty quiet and I’m generally up early and in bed between 10 and 11pm. I also have my 9 year old son every other weekend. We like to retro game my old Super Nintendo, read books, draw, go bike riding, and visit our friends. We are not big TV watchers, but I do enjoy a good movie every now and then. My son has several cartoon series he watches occasionally. Overall, I am looking for the right person to have in my house, and would rather cover this place on my own than have the wrong person in here. Keeping common spaces clean is probably the biggest issue I’ve had with roommates in the past, especially the kitchen.
