Must make 3x the rent per month and provide a $400 security deposit upon signing of lease agreement, as well as pass a background check and have a credit score of 600+.

There will be another person living in the same home but with access to their own bedroom & bathroom. A perfect tenant for this bedroom would be someone who is clean, respectful, courteous. You would have access to your own bathroom just outside of the bedroom. A cleaning crew will come once a month to do general cleaning of the shared areas.
