I have two private unfurnished rooms (single occupancy only) with a shared bathroom available in a newly constructed 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house.

Rent for Room #1 (10’ x 10’10’’) is $1085 and Room #2 (10’ x 11’6’) is $1185. It is a month to month lease. Utilities will be an extra $50 monthly. One garage space for parking or for your storage is available for an additional $30/month. Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking available directly in front of the house. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. I will need copies of your last two pay stubs and I will do a background check.

Easy access to I-5 and I-80. Less than 10 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to Davis.

I am currently working from home so I am looking for female roommates that do not work from home. I have been able to become friends with past housemates and have wine nights, watch Netflix etc. However, if you mostly keep to yourself then that’s completely fine, too! What is most important to me is someone who values a quiet and clean home and is considerate of others living in the home. No pets please.
