Property is a three bedroom two bathroom two carport in a quiet community. The bedroom that’s available has a large walk-in closet with clean new carpet.

Myself is the only person living at the property. I work 80 hours per week out of town shared living space and kitchen space. There is a fenced backyard with covered patio that is also shared, I’m very respectful with an open mind I take care of myself well and I take care of my home well cleanliness is a must. I do not mind company but at a minimum I am 420 friendly and the lease is on a month to month basis.
