Kim gregg's room

I’m renting out my extra room for rent. it is located in Tomball Texas and it has a dorm size fridge and freezer in the room we would have sharing living room kitchen dining room laundryroom backyard and basically anything else that’s needed as long as it’s not my bedroom or bathroom

I’m the only one that lives here besides the person that it’s going to be my roommate I have a therapy dog that stays by my feet at all times she’s very nice she loves people. I am pretty laid back I don’t have many rules just simple ones like clean up after yourself be responsible pay your rent on time you’re an adult you can do what you want
