Hello, I have 1-2 rooms available in a 3 bedroom apartment. A private full-sized bathroom is included with rent. The apartment is affordable and very centrally located in Broomfield. The utilities and internet are split every month, which usually comes out to $60-80 each. The apartments are privately owned, and the community is great here. The office does require a minimum of a 660 credit score to be eligible.

The only person presently living here is me. I’m a 37-year-old male arborist. I’m pretty chill and laid back. I only ask to keep common areas clean, pay rent on time, and be respectful.
