Cindy's room

This is a small cozy room with its personal bathroom attached, a private side entrance with a nice patio area also reserved for your personal use. Available only for three months Sept-Dec/Jan. We are right off of Bonanza and Eastern so it’s easy to catch the highway or move around in Uber/Lyft or bus. Space is limited to 1 person only and no smoking or any illegal activity and no overnight guest. Looking for someone that just wants a short term room and is fine without kitchen access in exchange for full privacy and the provided microwave, coffee maker and small fridge inside the room already.

This room is attached to the main house however the doors locked and will remain locked so you can rest assured you have 100%privacy. The only space shared is the driveway for when you walk into the property and as we use it for our own parking. Parking for you is available street side infront of the house.
