2 bedroom town house with private patio space and shared courtyard. Townhouse is dog and cat friendly! Bedrooms are on upper level and VERY spacious. Laminate flooring throughout house. 1/2 bath on lower level and full bath with 2 sinks on upper. I have a cat currently as well. Only 1/2 mile from downtown valpo and 1/2 mile Valparaiso university.
About the roomies
I live alone and work full time and school part time. I work Monday-Friday long days and only home some evenings/some nights/every other weekend ish. My cat keeps to himself and sleeps a lot as he is older!
