TEMPORARILY TWO PEOPLE CURRENTLY LIVING HERE BUT STARTING JAN 1 2023, ONLY I WILL BE HERE - We are Josey and Koushaw, a young couple who are social and enjoy trying new restaurants and bars. I work in healthcare operations and he works in Finance. We have a 6 month old kitten who has a lot of energy and loves attention and cuddles. I work from two days a week and my boyfriend works from home 2-4 days a week, however, he has recently accepted a job in San Fransisco and will be moving there in 2023. I will be staying here in LA to take care of the house. We would like someone who is employeed full time and tidy. Its very important to me that we all vibe before signing a lease.
