2BR/ 2B condo located in Savannah Terrace complex will have single room with kitchen, w/d privilege’s. I, the owner, male, will also reside in the home. Renter will be employed full time (40hrs) outside the home with consistent stable verifiable income. Utilities included so mindful usage of water and w/d is required. Suggest “smart” tv / laptop with subscription based programs enabled (Netflix, Disney etc) for room. WiFi provided. Home, nor room is for for social gatherings. No storage available. HOA regulations prevent amenity usage. Renter will have private bath (see images) Renters room is currently used as an office but will be emptied (see images). Air mattress available if needed. Recommend less than King / Queen size mattress / frame. Space will be provide for kitchenware. I have successfully rented the room periodically since 2010 to generate passive income. I prefer a 3 month minimum agreement / up to 6 prior to recommitment.

I have successfully rented the room off and on since 2010. I have been fortunate that a few of the past renters have remained close friends. I believe friendship and communication is important .
