Sharon's room

The house is located in Seminole Florida. This is a shared home between two other females. Each female will have their own room. The room for rent is the large master bedroom with its own bathroom and nice size walk in closet. The other two roommates share a bathroom. This home has a caged in salt water swimming pool, laundry room inside a 2 car garage, and it’s located next to the Pinellas trail and just two miles from the beaches. The electric, water, Wifi and trash removal are included in your rent. In addition to the 2 car garage, there’s parking available in the driveway and there’s another parking spot on the side of the house if you want to use that. The room available is pictured within where the blow up bed is. That is in the picture to give you an idea of how large the room is. The entire home is furnished and I will have pictures uploaded soon if the room for rent. I am in the process of including a kitchenette in this room . The lease can be renewed after a year if desired.

I am the owner of this property and do not live here. My daughter lives there and rents one of the rooms and another girl will be renting the small bedroom soon. Those girls will share a bathroom. They are in their early 30’s and are very friendly and outgoing. One girl is a teacher and the other works for a doctors office. Just looking for a female roommate who is nice, neat and respectful and doesn’t create a lot of drama. If interested, please reach out to me. Thank you.
