Close to the Laurel, Alameda beach and hiking is just 10 minutes from the house, bart is 1 walkable mile away and there are three bus lines in close proximity. 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Oakland near Fruitvale and The Laurel. 1 mile from Bart, close to Alameda. Pet free.

Big living room, eat in kitchen, free laundry on premises, yard with fire pit, outdoor seating, raised bed, fruit trees on a fully gated property. Awesome views of Downtown Oakland and SF from the sunny kitchen deck where you’ll find a bistro table for relaxing. All the neighbors know each other and most houses are families who have grown up in the area which makes it safer than other parts of Oakland.

Please be vaccinated against covid since this is a shared apartment. We prefer people who keep normal hours and work outside the house.

The current roommate is a young teacher and she’s super nice, clean and easy to get along with.
