Brand New Unit on Pinckney Street in Prime location between Charles Street and the Charles River. The neighborhood, the street, and the building are all gorgeous. 24 hour doorman with a key fob included for the other entrances. There is an incredible roof top that is for everyone in the building with INCREDIBLE city skyline and river views. Laundry room is RIGHT next to the unit. Great bike room, security, and amazon hub located in the building to secure all of your packages. Here is the breakdown:

The UNIT - It’s a garden unit, but a MID LEVEL garden unit so it gets PLENTY of light actually. Formerly, it had the same two women living in it for almost a decade. When they left recently, the building did a full renovation on this unit so WE will be the first people living here. The finishes are very nice, including brand new appliances, floors, fixtures, and so on… Your room is 9.5’ x 13’ (basically 124 square feet), with a really good sized closet. There is also a large front closet.

There is an interesting recessed entrance space to our unit - a lower platform with a couple steps that I think will work great as a “mud room” space. You won’t have to worry about your own room being cluttered with coats and winter boots and such.

The living room is 16’ x 13’ (208 sq ft). It’s a good sized space that is empty at the moment. I am looking at sectionals and a pretty large flatscreen that I will put in the room unless you have something to would like to put there instead.

Nice bathroom with a hall closet next to it that will work perfect for the both of us to keep our toiletries and such.

Finally… ME (your potential roommate) - My name is Peter Wisdom (my actual last name) and I moved into this unit in this neighborhood because I am a graduate student at Suffolk University. I am studying to get my license as a mental health therapist. I am doing this program full time, so I do not work. This is because I am a research assistant as well for one of my professors. You won’t have to worry about some late night kind of party animal with me… that being said, I’m plenty of fun and can let loose as well. What else about me? I cook and meal prep a lot as I am really into physical fitness and working out. I’m a nice guy and a psychology and sci-fi nerd. I go to Provincetown a lot as I work there in the summers at the Red INN and have many friends there. Also, I like mirrors, so I included a photo of myself there, hehe.

I’m gay and could see myself living with any kind of roommate truly - male (straight or gay) or female. I honestly get along with EVERYONE as you will come to find out. I want a good chemistry with whoever moves in. We don’t have to hang out per se and be besties, but I think we should have that “feeling..” that “Oh yeah, this works…” kinda thing. Looking forward to meeting whoever.
