Depew Avenue

Unfurnished room in a two bedroom house. The lease would start in October and go until August. Huge house with a nice backyard and a driveway that has two entrances in the front and back of the house. Washer and dryer in the cute little sun room in the back of the house. Minutes from HEB and downtown. There’s also a gas station/market like right down the street.

I’m actually moving and trying to help my roommate find someone to fill my spot. He’s a creative bartender and musician on the side. Very nice and and very social. Keeps his stuff clean and communicates great! I’d like to schedule a meet up between you guys first tho just to make sure everyone gets along!
