About the room
Hi all! Affordable private near UCLA!
I have identified an apartment that can fit 4 roommates and each can have a private unit. 2 roommates will be staying in AtomsOne (a furniture system that creates enclosed private rooms) which will be setup in the living room. There are also 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

Utilities not included but AtomsOne rental included.
Room sizes are different and there are only 2 parkings so probably someone can even pay less and all roommates can come together and agree on final prices. Extra parking fee unknown yet.
