This property is in a great area being five minutes from the highway, close to one of Springfield’s most popular commercial areas and one block away from public transportation. The room is within a one story home and is directly next to the bathroom and only about 7 feet from the kitchen. Within the room you will find a ceiling fan and LED lights that border the ceiling. This is a quiet and safe family friendly neighborhood within walking distance of Springfield Central high school.

This is a single-family home on one floor however there is a basement that has been remodeled where my room is, this provides increased privacy as the bedroom I’m listing is on a whole different floor.

Having a clean home is absolutely paramount to me. Messes and messy people are incompatible with me with regard to living together. I am very friendly and considerate, extroverted but still enjoy my private moments to recharge. I keep the traffic through my house very low but will occasionally entertain friends. Currently, I am the only other resident in the home and I have no pets. I am a teacher up at six in the morning and I am often on the move as I have a VERY active lifestyle. I hike, work out, dance, enjoy events and nightlife, play loud music, love crystals/spirituality and I come home late on weekends.

Cleaning in shared spaces will be shared; also, gas and electric bill will be shared. I desire more than anything to keep this space a safe, positive, and drama-free place to live. If you are not tidy, our hours are way off, you plan on entertaining people/person regularly, or you bring drama please respectfully keep looking past this post, I appreciate you we just are not a match ;)
