I am in my 40’s, professional and career- driven individual. I work in Outside the city, so I am almost never home. I am quiet, clean and organized. I am looking for a female roommate only. I would be sharing the kitchen only. Future roommate will have space for their own living room/ bedroom area. Absolutely no smoking, no pets allowed of any kind. No parties, no large gatherings and no frequent overnight visitors allowed .
