Property location is super quiet and safe. Akers and McKee. It has a big back yard to relax and enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. Lots of parking space. Small working area in the garage as well.

I am a contractor, 36yr young - I work most of the time. I am an organized individual. I have a medium Dog, a Belgian M super cool dog and friendly.
You will share Bathroom that has a closet to store your own items, you will have a patio area. Room has a bed, night stand, and a chest dresser.
Roomie 1- has a night shift, really cool personality, homebody she likes to cook on her days off.
I am in and out of the house, I work all over town 7am-1pm. Weekends off. We have very few visitors in the property. If you wish to check out the property let me know.
