South Hayward Street

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! This room is on the third floor of my home. There are currently three other people living here. Residents share a bathroom and a kitchen and are expected to work together to keep the space tidy and neat. The property is on a quiet street in Down Town Woodstock just 2.5 blocks from the Metra train station and Historic Woodstock Square. There is also a spacious yard and new landscaping. The house is professionally cleaned every two weeks.

There are currently three young men living in the property. They are single, clean, and hardworking individuals. They are good at working together to maintain the living space and will expect you to do the same. This is not a party house.
