beautiful, neat single ranch home with two rooms to rent. Both rooms will share bathroom and front living room. Community kitchen with own refrigerator for the two rooms. Community game room and shared laundry room. Gas, electric, water is an additional 100.00 200.00 per month. On/Off street parking. I have a dog and a cat. Nice yard and back yard, can walk or ride bike to school. I live in back part of house and I have my own area for my music room, my bedroom and bathroom. I am a singer and do live shows from my home. my schedule is almost up 24/7. It is a nice quiet place. There is a double in front who share the driveway. there will be a total of 2- 3 woman in the house only.. there is a total of 3 bedrooms only. no room for storage. must be able to shovel snow, take out garbage wash own dished, vacuum, sweep and mop, dust weekly. the house can be lived in, but must look same in pictures daily. and may need to help out possibly when i need a second hand with something.

I do NO DRAMA. I work from home and home most of the time. I have guests and company but not to the point of bothering any one else. you may want to be someone who is busy and not home alot. i am particular and quite neat and overly frugal. Those staying must also be frugel with the utilities (wash only weekly) (use cold water and low drying temperatures) able to adapt to cold weather and not using the furnace or air changing temperatures, etc. must keep things neat and tidy for anytime guests or employees, etc.
