The house sits on a quiet street filled with friendly neighbors and families of all backgrounds. Has a spacious front and back yard (that I groom when I can). It’s a 3bed 1 bath house, with driveway for parking ( street parking is also available) and a basement/ garage for storage. Washer/Dryer access provided by owner.
The room comes with its own AC unit, there is also a ceiling fan. In the winter it is electric baseboard heater. The room can be painted and decorated to your liking, as we do not have any current furnishing to fill the room. Common spaces are kept clean as we go such as the living room/kitchen/bath. The room is on month to month basis, with a 30 day notice of vacating given by either yourself or the home owner at anytime.
Kyle, 32 (home owner/straight) is a nerdy gamer type. Loves anime and movies. He attends MTG and DND get togethers with friends. He can also make great mixed drinks! Kyle works M-F (some Saturday’s) and is typically in bed during the week by 9:30pm at the latest.
Christopher, 33 (roomie/gay) is a hipster analytical type. Spends most of his time listening to music, reading, or watching movies. He’s a big automotive enthusiast. You’ll see him come and go often to outings with friends and family. He’s very handy and can troubleshoot just about anything.
