Clean carpeted room with closet and window, no furnishings. Living room has loveseat and TV on TV stand. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, microwave (that also functions as air fryer), gas stove and oven. Washer and dryer installed. Please note move in date is reliant on approval from the landlord being sent to the city of St. Ann for the purposes of acquiring an occupancy inspection and occupancy permit.

Trans bi man, love board games, kinda quiet guy. Just me in this unit, this is a duplex apartment though so you’ll sometimes hear neighbors (they aren’t usually very noisy). I work from home on Tuesdays Thursdays and Fridays, and am in office Mondays and Wednesdays.
