The room is in a 3b2.5b townhouse. Rent is $900 plus utilities around $80 per month. Biggest bedroom in the house with private bath. Full access to kitchen but please clean yourself after everything. In unit laundry. Free parking. Single person only.
About the roomies
There are two students living in this house, they both are quite and respectful, most importantly very clean. And we take turns week by week to clean the house. If you fail to do that, you need to pay $50 penalty to your roommates for cleaning your shit.
