Mirella's room

Good size room with big closet and you will have your own bathroom. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor. Our apartment community has 3 pools and multiple playgrounds. 5 mile walking trail across the street. Street parking can tend to get crowded after 3pm but you can have own parking spot in our garage. All stores and restaurants are nearby within a 5 min drive such as Costco, Vallarta, Target, Ross and many more.

We are a small family of 3 with a four year old. We are usually gone on the weekends doing activities or visiting family. Our son is very active and playful and loves meeting new people. We need someone who won’t mind a living room full with toys occasionally not always.
