Hello! My name is Inna, I am a 32 years old professional engineer. I am looking for a roommate to occupy an unfurnished bedroom in otherwise furnished 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. It will be available in September and I would prefer someone to stay long term, 6-month minimum. I am looking for a $1000/month flat rate to cover rent, all the utilities and Internet. We could work out a system where we split the utilities; I am just trying to make it simple. Apartment is roomy (1100 sq ft) and has a lot of natural light. It is located in a beautiful complex that features gym, large swimming pool, and a hot tub (open year around). The unit itself is located on the 3rd (top) floor, which means vaulted ceilings, they make place feel so open, and I absolutely love it! I currently live in a 1-bedroom apartment in the same complex; all the photos are from my current place to give you a feel for my style and cleanliness. I have lived in this complex for a couple of years now and it has been great – very safe, close to Cherry Creek and Downtown, easy asses to the highway (I work in DTC, my commute takes me about 30 min in the morning).

About me – I am a busy professional, originally from Ukraine, but lived in the US for the last 13 years. I am reasonable and easygoing, and usually get along with most people. I love to stay active, camp, hike, do yoga, and meditate. I keep my place clean and would love someone who appreciates living in a nice tidy environment. I am pretty quite and introverted without being weird about it. I just like to have some quite time after a long day at work. I do not bring party home, but do have occasional friend or two for a dinner or movie night. I do have a cat, so if you are allergic, this is probably not going work.

I would be ok with both male and female roommate, as long as it looks like we have similar lifestyles. You will have to pass a background check and provide a proof of income (2.5 x rent). Be a nonsmoker, please.
