Small room with closet, 110 sqft total. New LVP floors and a fresh coat of paint. Gets good evening light without getting too warm. Backyard has fire pit and string lights surrounding the area. About the roomies
Two women who have opposite work schedules. Usually lowkey and quiet but occasionally like to host brunches or dinners with lots of friends. We keep the house clean and tidy and enjoy decorating for the seasons. Two dogs and a cat already live here, so no additional pets.
