I’d like to invite you to take a look at one bedroom option available to rent. A regular size 10.5x11 foot room available for $1350 (with your own bathroom and sliding closet doors), and two windows, and will not be furnished. You will be sharing rent and utilities with only one other person (me). All common areas are 100% free of use including; washer/dryer, kitchen including all cooking devices/materials, dining table, couch and TV, understairs storage, garage. Remember this will be your home as well! Nothing is restricted except for my own private living quarters(as yours will be too for me). Any rule breaking and entering of the restricted living quarters agreement will require reciting of the alphabet backwards (in a high pitched voice for guys, or low pitch voice for girls), while doing jumping jacks, and while wearing a batman costume, for 5 minutes.

Westridge town home, laminate wood and tile flooring, high ceiling living room with lots of natural light. A two car attached garage at entry level, and one garaged parking spot available for you. A washer and dryer in the unit and no quarters needed to use them :). Central air and heating. In a great neighborhood which is nice and quite, and townhome is on a short cul-de-sac street with almost zero traffic.

There is a community clubhouse with barbecue and pool/jacuzzi.

I’m a down to earth, low requirement, low stress, low drama individual. I like to have good conversation, binge watch tv shows, have a gaming session every once in a while, and I cook a really good chili. I’d need to start cooking more at home. I love to laugh, greatly enjoy my friends, and am generous when it’s required. I entertain myself with model building, gaming, tv shows and movies, reading, traveling, and have plans to start a big hiking and exercise regimen very soon. Anything outdoors really is my next big goal for leisure time.
