One bedroom in a two bedroom apartment with shared bathroom. Located 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando. 20 minutes from IDrive, Seaworld, Universal. 25 minutes from Disney and Kissimmee. No pets but are allowed. Two pools in nieghborhood, Tennis Court, And Gym. Walmart, Publix, Ross, DDs, 5 Below, Sedanos, Aldis all within walking distance. And Chipotle, Wingstop, annd Starbucks across the street.

I am looking to save money and Rent a Room for the time being. My husband is in the Air Force and will be in tech school in Texas till March of next year when we are being stationed in Hawaii. I currently work bartending downtown Orlando and I’m a college student. I have a daughter who is 4. We want to save up as much money as possible before we leave. So since I am alone, I am renting her room out for the time being. I will cover wifi, water, electric, valet trash, and you have full access to groceries. Which is good because I never eat them anyways. LOL. I also cook and I’m a very clean person.
