The property is near Rt 9&18 and Walmart is literally four minutes away. House is in a beautiful and quiet wooded area. Garage/Shed for some storage and driveway available for parking. One room, on the second floor of the house. Meaning, you will have complete privacy. It has a private bathroom with standing shower. Room has closet space and crawl space for storage.
About the roomies
Two roommates, male and female. Both fairly quiet. We have three cats and a dog. We like to keep the house tidy and clean. We have very minimal rules, one of them being “please communicate.” -This is a big necessity for us. Any issues or concerns, don’t fear coming to us and talking it out.
