About the room
I have a room available for rent in Maplewood, NJ. I live in a fully furnished 2br/2ba apartment. The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-floor multi-family house.
The Maplewood train station is next door and gets you into NYC in about 35 mins.
Parking is included and Maplewood is close to all major highways (287, 280, 78, 80) Newark Airport is 12-15 mins away.
The room is completely furnished with a queen bed, desk, bookshelf, and large closet. We would share all of the common areas, Living room, Kitchen, dining area, in-unit laundry, etc…
I’m looking for a young professional who is clean and social to share my space with. Someone who enjoys food, cooking, exercise, art, and music is ideal. The apartment is great for having friends over and just hanging out as well as small get-togethers/parties. Overall, a chill, fun, social roommate who is independent would be a great fit. A male roommate is preferred.
