Room for rent.

Nice room for rent in a quite family neighborhood close to the river, Mayport, and downtown.

I work from home for the most part.

We split the electric and the water bill which isn’t that much due to efficiency of this house.

I pay for the internet due to my work.

There are boat launches and parks near by and if you have a kayak you can launch close by.

I used to own a MM restaurant, so I pretty much cook everything from scratch. I grill a lot too. As you can see the back deck introduces to a forrest environment.

It’s peaceful all around here. If you are laid back then you’ll love this place.

Perfect for Military due to the closeness of Mayport or a mature minded professional person.
