Shady Place

I will be graduating in Dec. 2022 and am looking for a student in the area who is looking for a room for the remainder of the lease after I move out. The lease ends July 2023 but can be extended. Application Fee is $175.

The unit is an Eagle Landing 3x3 (3 bed, 3 bath) and has a large common area and patio. The unit is on the second floor and is near the basketball court. Utilities are not included with rent but is split 3 ways so is rarely more than $50 - $60.

Please note that Eagle Landing is a student housing community. You do not need to be a student to apply, but there are a lot of young people around.

Each of the three rooms is provided different keys that open and lock their individual rooms while all three roommates have a key fob that opens the front door’s automatic lock.

Roommates are currently an undergrad junior and a Masters student. They are calm people that don’t make much noise and aren’t heavy partiers or drinkers.
