Hey there, my roommate and I are currently looking for 1 person to sign onto our one year lease for a one bedroom double.
The townhouse we are moving into is 1000sqft – 2 bed 1.5 bath, and located at the Sweeps in Isla vista
The Sweeps: 745 Camilo del sur.
Preferably we would like 4 roomates in total to keep the costs low.
The townhouse is priced at $3059 per month not including utilities (gas electricity, WiFi). So the overall cost would be split between all the roommates at 765$ per month not including utilities.
The first day to move is 9/19/22 (this upcoming Monday) So we would prefer someone that can sign immediately onto the lease. So there isn’t a fee (200$) for adding someone to the lease later on.
To sign onto the lease you have the basics: a down payment which is 1000$, this includes first months rent and a credit check from the apartment management.

About the roomies
Dylan~ I went to high school in San Francisco, and I live in town nearby called Pacifica. I’m currently attending sbcc for economics and planning on transferring to ucsb. I enjoy activities such as surfing, skating, mma, and hanging out with friends.
Rylan~ I am also from Pacifica. Dylan and i went to elementary and middle school together and now moved here to study at sbcc. I love the outdoors and like to surf, skate and dive.
