Evelyn's room

A 9’ x 9’7 furnished room with its own bathroom, rent including utilities and internet. Can get access to kitchen, you can use my pots, pans, plates, bowls….( as long as you clean and wash after), can get access to living room and laundry room. Rent is month to month. We are located in centreville in a nice and quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes to Washington Dulles airport, 15 minutes to Fair oaks hospital and Fair oaks mall, 5 minutes to exit to 66 which leads you to go the city, also a lot of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping near by. Parking is along the street or you can have an assigned parking spot with the fee of $100/ month.

Only me and my little dog live here. I work in a professional field from 8-5 and I am neat and quiet. I am vegetarian. I prefer female roommate who is neat, responsible, light cooking, no guest overnight, no male guests, no smoking and no any kinds of recreational drugs, no alcohol.
