Townhouse with three bedrooms with two and half baths. There is off street parking. My roommate would have the upstairs to themselves and their own bathroom and bedroom. The common areas are the living room, dinning room, and kitchen. Rent is $800 a month with internet included. I live close to shopping and plenty of access to outdoor activities.

I’m a recent graduate and professional. I have a small dog that only stays on the first floor and has never gone upstairs. My home is well kept and clean.
