We have a month-to-month Master Bedroom (15’x17’) w/ private bathroom and private entrance available for rent.
You will be living with 3 other individuals (2 guys, 1 girl) and 1 cat. Full-time workers/students in our mid 20’s. We keep to ourselves mostly, but are friendly.
Master bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in-closet!
$1,450/month plus utilities which are minimal.
Comes with parking spot/storage in garage if needed. Parking is never an issues in the neighborhood.
Comes with kitchen privileges!
Overnight guests are welcome within reason. 420 friendly. Message me if you’re interested and I can discuss more with you.
