Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share a two-story penthouse in Uptown Chicago, Illinois. Steps from the Wilson Red Line Station. The rent is $1500/month plus half of the utilities. There are hardwood floors on the first floor, laminate floors in the bedrooms, and an in-unit laundry facility. $1,500 Security Deposit and Utilities run about 200/Mo. (I have not been through a winter so the gas bill here may increase the utilities) There will be your own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a shared roof top with a panoramic view of the lake, as well as a bike rack in the garage.
