One fully furnished bedroom in house available for single person, preferably female. Utilities (electric, water, heat, internet) included. Share 1 full bathroom with the 1/2 bathroom entirely for renter’s use. Washer/dryer available. Some pets -one fixed cat, one fixed dog (type ok under home owner insurance) up to date shots, or small caged pet(s) -will be considered. Four miles to UMass. MUST be non-smoker. No vaping. Room is all inclusive-utilities, furniture, use of kitchen. Good setup for student, traveling professional, or person relocating to area. Flexible regarding move in time.

Share house with only one other non smoking mature full time professional female. Background checked and fingerprinted for employment. Volunteers (CORI checked) in spare time.
