It’s a nice, clean, and comfortable private room for a responsible tenant. Only thing I ask is that my future roomie pay their bills, clean up after themselves, and be respectful of others personal boundaries and property. I’m a pretty easy going fella and I spend most of my time helping clients who are on the verge of bankruptcy get out of debt. I live with Steven who is a 33 year old male and he tends to spend most of his day either at work or with friends. Full house privs as far as kitchen and living room area is concerned. Also have a garage with room for your vehicle. 420 friendly so definitely prefer a 420 friendly/tolerant roomie.

I’m a Work at Home professional for a debt relief company. I am probably going to live here in Tyler for another 6mos and then I’m relocating to Dallas once my Employer has finished our brand new office building. I live with one other tenant named Steven and he pretty much does his own thing and I do mine. He’s respectful and picks up after himself and that’s all I can really ask for. We get along well and we even have meal or two throughout the week jus to catch up on one another lives or to simply air out any grievances or concerns we may have. Other than that It’s all pretty drama free and there are plenty of days where I never even see him at all. I do have a small super affectionate Boston Terrier named Shadow as well so please take that into consideration. Questions or concerns simply ask.
