Rohan's room

Have 1 room to rent in Maineville/Hamilton Township, OH. The community is minutes away from the Loveland bike trail across the street from Valley Vineyards. Space includes a room in the finished basement. You would also have your own full bath and shared walkout. Roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, second living room, washer/dryer, and kitchen. You will also have access to the community clubhouse, fitness center, and pool. Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay at least six months and no smoking.

I am single working for an IT organization. I do have to travel for work sometimes but mostly WFH.
