Seeking a roommate to join us in our giant Pink Palace located in the Milan neighborhood of Uptown.

Available for immediate move-in. Looking for someone that will stay long term (10+ months). Utilities average $175 a month.

The room is small and cozy but nestled within a large house. Bathroom is shared with one other person who is very neat. The room comes with a free bed and sideboard table but these can be removed, up to you.

The house is large and fully furnished with an open floor plan including separate dining area, living room, and kitchen. Also there’s a porch in front with a comfy sofa and hammock which is great after a long day of work or running in place on a giant hamster wheel or whatever it is you do for money. We also have a massive yard which is great for crawfish boils and other shindigs. Washer and Dryer too. Bottom line is you’ll have plenty of space for lounging. Or reading. Or making art. Maybe just contemplating the meaning of life while you swing in the hammock. That’s your business. It’s big enough that it never feels like we’re in each others way.

Current residents are late 20’s / early 30’s. We sometimes hang together at the house but generally keep it low key. Not looking for any partiers and/or people who don’t clean up after themselves. No pets allowed sadly.
