Anyone (preferably woman or non binary) looking for a roommate soon? I have 1 bd (master)/1ba available in a cute house off Charlotte. My current roommate is looking to move asap, so you’d take over her lease til the end of November and then we’d renew together for a year. It’s a 3 bd/2 ba home with a fenced in backyard. Rent is $1175 plus utilities (around $350 or less for electric, water, internet, cable, and a great security system - split equally).
