We live on Cherry Creek Road in a beautiful home of more than 3300 square feet. The house has four large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home has dogs, and we must approve additional animals.

The deposit is refundable. All utilities are included. There is no charge for electricity, water, trash, sewer, yard service, high-speed internet, lawn maintenance, or property taxes. We provide a hospitable environment. We normally only rent to one person. We would charge $250 more per month for a second person.

We keep our home clean and neat, expecting everyone to help clean and remove the trash. You will save a lot of money by sharing this home with us.
