This is a furnished room, with your own bathroom, 55 inch smart TV in room, and sliding closet door. Master bedroom is available in a five bedroom three bathroom house, with a pool. Please note, furniture shown in bedroom pictures will be slightly different. Bedroom will have a queen size bed and mattress, 55 inch tv, 2 night stands with lamps, additional clothing rack. Desks are not included. Room cannot come unfurnished. This is perfect for people relocating, as it is move in ready.

Living room includes 75 Inch smart TV, huge sectional that can sit up to 10 people. Pool was just remodeled, brand new outdoor sectional and lounge chairs. This home is absolutely gorgeous! Move in date is flexible, can move as early as October 9th with prorated rent.

Hi there, We are looking for the perfect fit to join our co-Ed home. About us, all roommates are between the ages of 26 and 31, with work from home, in office, or hybrid schedules. We are looking for a young professional within our age range, someone who is super clean, contributes to house chores, and we can hang out with on the weekends. This person must mesh well with all roommates & will be interviewed. Please note the following rules: no smoking inside or around the home, no couples, no children, no parties.
