Please Sublet the largest Bedroom in this Old Ass Center City House

Hey there! My partner and I are looking to move out of our current house and are looking for a subletter to take over the lease, which runs until January 30th and has the option to be re-upped for another 12 months at that time.

The space for rent in this house includes the private 3rd floor (pictured first in this post, it is no longer green, but I don’t have any photos of it empty with the new white walls, so just picture it with white walls) which includes the main bedroom & bathroom, and a closet that used to be the 4th bedroom (it is a huge closet. The definition of a walk-in closet).

The second floor includes the bedroom and bathroom of the other tenant as well as a shared office space.

The ground floor is shared, with roughly half of the kitchen storage space belonging to each occupant/set of occupants.

The basement is unfinished and houses the washer and drier. There is ample storage available in the basement.

The house is registered in Philly as a historic house and was built sometime I think in the 1700s.

About the roommate: early/mid 20s, amab cishet dude but very lgbt friendly/affirming (we are a gay couple and he was super cool with us) he’s a law student working for the public defender’s office and loves cooking, playing board games, and survivor. he is very neat and polite.
