Hello! Currently looking for someone to take over my lease! I’m pregnant and need someone to move in by November 1st, I’m moving to Sacramento. It’s a 3 level townhouse, fully furnished apart from the room you’ll occupy, lots of space with a balcony. 2 bed, 2.5 bath, you’d have a private room with private bathroom, and lots of light! The room is massive with a huge closet. The beautiful view showcases the mountains to the East. Water & trash are included in the rent, internet and power are separate, you’ll split with my roomie via Venmo or Zelle. Never exceeds $1500/mo total. You’ll get a parking permit as well as a parking space. Lots of amazing amenities! Beautiful location in Aliso Viejo right across from the town center. Easy access to the 73, about 15 minutes from laguna beach. Tons of parks all around the complex.

I’m a registered nurse, work 3 days a week and on call most of the time. I’m moving up to Sacramento in November, you’d take over my lease with my current roommate, she works as an engineer in biomedical devices and loves to hang out, cook, do happy hours, the beach, etc! She’s in her late 20’s and super awesome, also has a very friendly cat. Ideally I will pay rent for the month of October and you’d take over starting November and on. Message me!
