*** Roommate Needed *** in furnished home. Preferably a working Female. I’m a single mother with a 14 year old son, I work and my son attends school and he’s pretty much in the room no bother at all majorly of the time. Is like we’re not even here.

I’m renting a bedroom with shared bathroom (but the property has its own 2nd bathroom) the room being rented has a door to provide direct access to the shared bathroom, I’m willing to lock the main door to give you private access to it. It can be a Short Term Rental or Long Term (6-12 months)

I’m looking for a Roommate who is:

• Non Smoker - No Smoking of any kind including vaping.
• Drug Free - No Drugs of any kind.
• Has a stable full time job or stable income to pay the rent.
• Must be a Chill Relax Easy Going person.
• Ok with taking shoes off in the house. I don’t wear shoes in the house.
