The room is spacious (approx 13ftx11.5ft) and clean with ample closet space. The tenant would have their own full bathroom, complete with Jacuzzi tub. The condo has in-unit laundry, a large kitchen with lots of cabinet space, and roomy living and dining areas. The condo is located in a 3 building property just off the Yorktown mall in Lombard, IL with close proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment. Plus, the condo is just minutes from parks, expressways, and Metra. There is plenty of parking available on the property.

We are a diverse community of working families, singles, and retirees. You’ll find that the owners here are friendly and respectful. I like most people here prefer a quiet lifestyle, but I also like to get together with friends and family on a regular basis. My pronouns are He/Him. I am a divorced, proud father of two adult daughters and hopefully a grandpa in a couple years. I am vegan, and I care deeply about animals and the environment, but I am not extreme. I like to think I’m open-minded in my beliefs. I have two cats which is unfortunately the pet limit here. So I’m looking for a tenant who doesn’t have pets but likes cats and is not allergic. I clean my condo very regularly but not constantly.
