Located mins from 28. Groceries walking distance. Frying pan park and hiking trails across the street. Has fitness center and pool. Current roomie will be leaving mid April. Will be a may 1st move in but maybe sooner. There is a sign on fee and background fee by apartment complex non refundable. Will post what they are when I find out numbers later. Lease Will be til nov 7th with a 400 deposit. That will be refunded as long as don’t leave early. I will be renewing the lease in November for another year at which time can sign for the year also. Is the master bedroom with bath being rented. Will get more update photos soon.

I am a 38 year old mother with two children who are 7 and 10. They will be staying here part time. Two kittens are at the apartment. Weekdays I’ll be home 3:30 and leave for work at 5:30. I have 2 kids and will know a custody schedule in April after my court. They have the loft as their room.
I mostly stay to my self watching TV reading or playing video games. Non smoker. And prefer limited scented stuff. The living area and kitchen will be full access. Laundry in unit. Have to sign on to the lease with apartment and they run background. And renters insurance is require by the leasing.
